Apo's Policies

​Return Policy

1. Returning a product on Apo is simple; all you have to do is log on to your Myntra account and click on the orders option. Once you click on orders, you will be taken to a page where all orders are listed. The orders which are already delivered will have Return/Exchange option. You have to select the order which you want to return.

2. After selecting the order, decide if you want to return the product or exchange it. In the case of a return, the amount will be refunded after the product has been collected. In the case of an exchange, if there is a size issue, get an exchange in place of it.Usually, Appo provides 30 days to return the product. After 30 days, you will not be allowed to create a return request.

3. After you click on the return, you will be asked to select reasons why you want to return the product. You can also provide additional details in the section provided.

4. The next step is to select the address from where the product has to be picked up. You can choose the time slot which is comfortable to return the product.

5. You must select the mode of refund. If you have made online payments, the amount will be credited back to the account from which you have made the payment. If you have paid cash on delivery, you must provide bank details to which the refund has to be credited. You can also choose Apo credit. The amount credited to Apo Credit can’t be withdrawn in the form of cash or transferred to any bank account. It can only be used for purchases on Apo. The refund is valid for 3 years.

6. After providing all details, you must confirm that the product is unused and it has original tags.

7. The delivery executive then picks up the product and the amount is refunded within 7 working days.

Collection of Personal Data

Apo respect your personal information, so we don’t require you to leave any information public on the website to order the hair. All the business process is through WhatsApp chat and call only. You will not have to let any of your personal information unnecessarily public on the website. And for business, we will need to collect necessary information to make a deal such as your name, your address, etc which are required for payment and shipping processes.In some parts, you may need to leave some pieces of information to interact with us on the website. For example, we will require your name for you to leave a review on our products, and your email to post a question on the product Q&A section. Of course this only happens when you agree to do so. This is for the spam checking purpose, so you can be assured that all the information is safe.

Our business discussion through WhatsApp is the private discussion, and all the personal information you provide is only used for processing payment and shipping. Although all the information shared is useful for hair business and harmless for children, we do not take personal information of children aged under 13 years old.

1. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Buying hair from Apo, you can choose one from a variety of shipping methods, as long as it is of your convenience. There are two main ways for you to choose:

Shipping through agents like Gabriel agent: recommended for Nigerian, Ghana and Cameroon customers. We know that it may be difficult sometimes in delivery to make a foreign transaction in some African countries like Nigeria, so we choose using intermediary agents as a solution.

Shipping through international shipping units like UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc: applied for customers all over the world

2. Shipping Guide

2.1. Shipping through Agent

There are so many agents now for you to choose, no matter whether you are in Nigeria or Cameroon, Ghana, etc. Some of them are Gabriel agent, agent shipping Cargo to Ghana or any other agents available in Vietnam.

You choose the agent: You send us the agent address, and then we will help you work with them to deliver the hair at normal cost.

You agree with the shipping agent we choose: We work with the agent, and then the agent will send you WhatsApp messages to confirm delivery time.

2.2. Shipping through Shipping Units

You can choose a suitable unit. We will work with the unit to send the hair, and you will get the tracking information of your cargo. The 3 most popular shipping units to choose from are FedEx, UPS and DHL. Here are the details when you choose them as shipping units:

Shipping through FedEx: This method is loved for reasonable cost which is clearly calculated according to FedEx’s rate tariff. The cost also includes package cost. When you choose this shipping unit, it will take about 5-7 days for the hair to be delivered. However, there is a huge drawback in this method. FedEx will not take charge of any arising problems such as lost goods, mistaken goods or so on during the delivery.

Shipping through UPS: This shipping method has a higher cost than that of FedEx. Then, UPS will take charge of all the arising problems in the delivery process. This method is also faster. You will only need to wait for about 3-5 days to receive the hair.

Shipping through DHL: This is the most costly shipping method among 3 mentioned, FedEx, UPS and DHL. One significant point is that the DHL shipping unit can deliver the goods to all regions worldwide, including rural ones. DHL will also be responsible for any arising problem during the delivery. With this method, the time of delivery is about 5-7 days.In conclusion, shipping using agents is mostly recommended for customers from African countries such as Nigeria, Ghana and Cameroon. Such specific agents for Africa can ensure a smooth and safe delivery. Meanwhile, customers from other countries can easily choose an international shipping unit like FedEx, UPS or DHL. Each method has its own pros and cons, so you can choose one in your best conveniences.
